Reef Roads is legal across every major constructed format but will rarely see play outside Commander — artifact lands are powerful in engines, and the non-rotating formats simply have faster options. In Commander, it earns its slot specifically in Simic artifact and vehicle decks where artifact count on the battlefield is a resource, not just a text box. Outside those archetypes, it's a worse Simic Guildgate, and you should run something better.
