Reclaiming Vines destroys any enchantment or land, which is a broader target range than most green removal spells at this slot. The problem is the cost: four mana at sorcery speed for a one-for-one means you're almost always better served by Krosan Grip or Nature's Claim.

Reclaiming Vines sees essentially no competitive play — in Pauper, where the common restriction theoretically elevates it, faster and cheaper answers like Gleeful Sabotage and Thermokarst exist. In Commander, land destruction is politically expensive and rarely worth a card slot regardless of cost, and four mana sorcery-speed removal is too slow against the threats that actually end games. Legacy and Vintage have such efficient interaction that Reclaiming Vines never makes the cut. The one context where it gets a passing look is budget Commander lists that need redundant enchantment removal and have no access to better options in green.

Price Context
Current price
$0.13 bulk tier
At $0.13, Reclaiming Vines is deep bulk — you're not buying it for value, you're buying it because it's the card you have. It will not appreciate; better removal exists at the same price point or lower.
