In Commander, Raffine's Guidance is a role-player, not a staple — it earns its slot in Aura-tribal and Voltron builds that need cheap enchantments to trigger payoffs, and almost nowhere else. Pauper is where it sees the most competitive daylight, slotting into White Weenie and Bogles-adjacent shells that want one-mana Auras that replace themselves through Umbra-style effects or just stick a lifelink body into a stalled board. Modern and Legacy have far more powerful options at the same mana cost, so Raffine's Guidance doesn't register there outside of niche brews. Pioneer sits in the same position — legal, ignored.
