Ondu War Cleric sees essentially no competitive play in any format. In Commander, it fits narrowly into Cleric tribal decks — think Ayli, Eternal Pilgrim or Ravos, Soultender — where tribal synergies make the 2/2 body worthwhile rather than embarrassing.
