Nahiri's Warcrafting
Sorcery
Nahiri's Warcrafting deals 5 damage to target creature, planeswalker, or battle. Look at the top X cards of your library, where X is the excess damage dealt this way. You may exile one of those cards. Put the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order. You may play the exiled card this turn.

Nahiri's Warcrafting deals damage equal to its total mana value — up to 13 at full kicker — to a creature or planeswalker, then puts the top cards of your library into play or hand based on how much you paid. The floor is a clunky five-mana removal spell; the ceiling, in Imodane, the Pyrohammer, is a one-card board clear and draw engine stapled together.

Imodane, the Pyrohammer
Imodane, the Pyrohammer copies any single-target spell that deals damage to creatures and redirects that copy to every opponent, so a fully kicked Nahiri's Warcrafting hits one blocker on the stack and deals 13 to each player's face simultaneously — that's frequently a table kill on the spot.

In Commander, Nahiri's Warcrafting earns its slot almost exclusively in Imodane, the Pyrohammer shells where the kicker math converts into lethal damage across the table; outside of that pairing it's a conditional, expensive removal spell in a format with better options. In competitive 60-card formats — Modern, Pioneer, Legacy — five to thirteen mana is not a realistic rate for removal or card advantage, and the spell sees essentially no play there. Vintage has the raw power density to ignore it entirely. Oathbreaker is the one other place it could see fringe use if your signature spell is Nahiri's Warcrafting under a red or Boros planeswalker, but even then the payoff is narrow.

unknown tier
Current pricing data for Nahiri's Warcrafting isn't available at time of writing, so check Scryfall or TCGPlayer for the live number. Given its narrow home — primarily Imodane, the Pyrohammer — demand is concentrated enough that price tends to track directly with how popular that commander is on EDHREC.
