Commander is where Momentum earns its keep — a one-mana instant that converts a developed board into lethal combat damage is exactly the kind of finisher token and +1/+1 counter decks want. Legacy and Vintage have access to it but rarely need it; faster, more redundant win conditions crowd it out of those formats. Oathbreaker shares enough of Commander's go-wide dynamics that Momentum is a reasonable include there too, especially in green-based aggressive shells.
