Mold Shambler is a six-mana 3/3 that destroys a noncreature permanent on entry — functional, but overpriced for what it delivers. Better Naturalize effects exist at half the cost, and better six-drops exist that don't need the removal stapled on to justify the slot.

In Commander, Mold Shambler occupies an awkward spot: the format demands artifact and enchantment removal, but six mana for a 3/3 with a one-shot trigger rarely clears the bar when Reclamation Sage and Bane of Progress exist. Pauper is the one context where Mold Shambler becomes marginally relevant, since the card pool narrows and a body plus removal on one card carries more relative weight.
