Mists of Littjara gives you a repeatable Aura that taps a Shapeshifter or Changeling at the cost of a single blue mana per activation — effectively locking down a creature every turn cycle once it resolves. In a dedicated tribal shell where everything shares creature types, that's a removal-adjacent effect stapled to an enchantment.
Format Analysis

Mists of Littjara is a tribal card in the strictest sense — it does nothing outside a Changeling or Shapeshifter-dense deck, which narrows its homes considerably. In Commander it finds a real job in Shapeshifter typal builds or any tribal deck running enough Changelings to reliably target their own creatures and lock out opposing threats. Outside Commander, it's legal in Legacy, Modern, Pioneer, Vintage, and Pauper, but tribal synergy decks in those formats rarely want a tap enchantment when more efficient disruption exists. Pauper is the one non-Commander format where budget tribal strategies could theoretically squeeze value from it, though the effect still underwhelms at common power-level expectations.

Price Context
Current price
$0.06 bulk tier
At $0.06, Mists of Littjara is deep bulk — you're picking it out of a common box, not a store listing. That price reflects how narrow the card is: it holds no crossover appeal outside tribal builds, so don't expect demand to move it.
