Lowland Oaf is unplayed across every format it's legal in, and for good reason. In Commander, Giant tribal shells occasionally experiment with it, but the effect — tapping to grant one Giant flying until end of turn — is too narrow and too mana-inefficient to make cuts. Legacy, Vintage, and Modern all have no interest in a four-mana 3/3 with a conditional activated ability. Pauper is the one format where bulk commons and uncommons occasionally carve out niches, but Lowland Oaf is neither efficient nor synergistic enough to matter there either.
