Leap of Faith gives a creature flying and prevents all damage dealt to it this turn for a single white mana — instant-speed protection that doubles as an evasion enabler. It's a niche combat trick with a narrow window, and outside of very specific angel or combat-step synergy decks, cheaper and more versatile protection spells crowd it out.

In Commander, Leap of Faith occupies the bottom tier of combat tricks — the protection clause is real, but one-shot instant-speed flying rarely justifies a slot when Flawless Maneuver, Akroma's Will, and Deflecting Swat all do more at the same or lower effective cost. Pauper is where Leap of Faith sees the most plausible use, since the card pool for protection spells is constrained and the flying rider occasionally creates profitable attacks. In Legacy and Vintage it's strictly outclassed and won't appear outside of singleton curiosity. Modern has no meaningful home for it.

Current price
$0.05 bulk tier
At $0.05, Leap of Faith is pure bulk — it costs less than the shipping on a single copy. That price reflects its play rate accurately, and there's no competitive demand that would push it higher.
