Launch turns any artifact into instant-speed removal that replaces itself with a card draw, and the only cost is returning a permanent you own to hand. In Mycosynth Lattice builds, where every permanent is suddenly an artifact, that targeting restriction becomes irrelevant and Launch scales into a full table answer.
