Kiri-Onna is a repeatable bounce engine stapled to a 3/3 body — every Spirit or Arcane spell you cast after the first is a free unsummon. The cost is real: five mana and a sorcery-speed ETB make it slow out of the gate, but in a deck that can generate colorless mana through something like Mana Echoes, the recursive value snowballs fast enough to justify the investment.

Kiri-Onna is legal in Commander, Legacy, Modern, Vintage, and Oathbreaker, but competitive play in the 60-card formats has never come calling — five mana for a bounce effect is simply too slow when Snappy and friends exist. Commander is where Kiri-Onna actually lives, specifically in Spirit-tribal builds that can string together enough spells to fire the ability multiple times per turn cycle. Oathbreaker is a theoretical home as well, but the smaller card pool makes the Spirit or Arcane density harder to sustain.
