In Commander, Infestation Expert // Infested Werewolf earns a slot in any token or Werewolf deck that triggers ETBs repeatedly — one creature-heavy turn can produce a swarm of Insects before opponents can respond. Modern and Pioneer have faster clocks where a two-mana 1/1 with a conditional flip rarely makes the cut outside of dedicated Werewolf tribal, where the payoff is too slow against turn-three threats. Legacy and Vintage don't touch it.
