Haunted Library is legal in Commander, Legacy, Vintage, and Oathbreaker, but Commander is where it actually sees play — the 100-card singleton environment rewards incremental value engines that accrue over multiple turns, and a free Spirit token each end step you draw more than one card is exactly that.
