Guild Feud

Enchantment

At the beginning of your upkeep, target opponent reveals the top three cards of their library, may put a creature card from among them onto the battlefield, then puts the rest into their graveyard. You do the same with the top three cards of your library. If two creatures are put onto the battlefield this way, those creatures fight each other.

Guild Feud card art
Guild Feud puts a creature-combat engine on the table that repeats every upkeep — each opponent reveals their top card and fights your revealed creature, which means you're trading your library against theirs for free bodies. Six mana is a real ask, and the randomness cuts both ways, but the raw card-to-board ratio is legitimate if you're running a deck stacked with large creatures.

Guild Feud is a Commander card through and through — the multiplayer upkeep trigger scales directly with the number of opponents, meaning a four-player table gives you three fights every round. In Legacy, Modern, and Pioneer it's technically legal but competes in formats where six-mana enchantments with randomized payoffs have no competitive home. Oathbreaker shares enough of Commander's multiplayer structure that the card functions there too, though the smaller deck size makes the reveal less predictable. Stick to Commander if you're running it at all.

Price Context

Current price

$0.15 bulk tier

At $0.15, Guild Feud is deep bulk — the kind of card you pull from a box rather than order. It's unlikely to appreciate given its narrow application and low competitive ceiling, but at that price the question isn't whether to buy it; it's whether it earns a slot.
