Goblin Airbrusher trades one artifact permanent to tap a target creature — functional spot-removal stapled to a three-mana 1/1, which is a poor exchange in almost every context. The only reason to run it is Cloudstone Curio loops, where the bounce trigger matters more than the body or the activation.

Goblin Airbrusher is a Commander card in the loosest sense — it sees essentially no play outside of niche Goblin combo shells where the artifact-sacrifice trigger enables infinite loops with bounce engines. In Legacy and Vintage, where it's technically legal, it's never going to make a list; the rate is laughable against what those formats demand. Commander is the only home where Goblin Airbrusher can justify its slot, and even there it belongs only in dedicated Goblin combo decks that can assemble the specific engine it supports.

$0.08 bulk tier
At $0.08, Goblin Airbrusher is deep bulk — a penny-box regular with no price floor to speak of. Demand is too narrow to expect it to hold even that value long-term, so treat it as a free pickup if you need it rather than anything worth tracking.
