Gift of Granite is legal in Commander, Legacy, Modern, Vintage, Pauper, and Oathbreaker, but being legal and being playable are different things. In Commander, permanent stat bumps this small are irrelevant at a 40-life table where games are decided by combos, board wipes, and card advantage engines.
