Genju of the Cedars turns a Forest into a 4/4 regenerating beater for two mana and returns itself to hand when that land dies — which is exactly why Yedora, Grave Gardener makes it absurd, flipping creature deaths back into Forests that you can immediately re-enchant. Bulk rare, outsized payoff in the right shell.

Genju of the Cedars is legal in Commander, Legacy, Modern, Vintage, and Oathbreaker — but it only truly matters in Commander, where the Yedora, Grave Gardener loop and general graveyard-land synergies give it a real home. In Legacy and Modern it's outclassed by faster threats and more impactful one-drops; no competitive deck there wants a Forest-animation enchantment. Commander is where the self-recursion and forest-type payoffs align, and that's the only 60-card or larger context where you'd sleeve it intentionally.
