In Legacy, Modern, and Pioneer, seven mana is a non-starter — formats that end on turns four through six have no room for a wipe this expensive regardless of its breadth. Oathbreaker is the one non-Commander 60-card format where it could see play, since the singleton planeswalker focus makes the anti-planeswalker clause occasionally backfire, so run it there only if your meta demands it.
