Commander is Fallowsage's natural home: the 100-card singleton format rewards dedicated combo pieces, and Fallowsage's untap trigger plugs cleanly into a wide range of infinite-untap lines available in blue. In Legacy and Vintage it's technically legal but has never registered — the effect is too slow and too conditional for those formats' threat density.
