Entourage of Trest is a Commander card through and through — the monarch mechanic only functions in multiplayer, so its value collapses to a vanilla 4/4 in any one-on-one context. In Legacy and Vintage it's legal but irrelevant; competitive lists have no interest in a five-mana creature whose upside requires surviving to your next upkeep. Pauper is where it sees its only non-Commander play, slotting into monarch-based control shells that use the card-draw trigger to grind out slower matchups. Oathbreaker is legal and occasionally useful in the same way Commander is, but the smaller starting life total and faster games make the five-mana ask harder to justify.
