Endbringer's Revel lets you return creature cards from graveyards to your hand at the beginning of each upkeep — including opponents' graveyards — for the ongoing cost of paying one mana or discarding a card each turn. The payoff is real in reanimator and graveyard-matters shells, but the upkeep tax makes it a liability in slower hands.
Format Analysis
Where it lives, where it can’t
| Format | Verdict |
|---|---|
| commander | legal |
| legacy | legal |
| modern | not legal |
| pioneer | not legal |
| standard | not legal |
| vintage | legal |
| pauper | not legal |
| oathbreaker | legal |
Endbringer's Revel is a Commander card through and through — the multiplayer table means more upkeeps triggering per round, more graveyards to poach, and more value extracted before opponents can answer an enchantment. In Legacy and Vintage it's legal but essentially unplayed; those formats move too fast for a slow enchantment that asks you to pay a tax every turn without generating immediate board presence. Oathbreaker is the only other format worth mentioning, and there the same graveyard-recursion engines that want it in Commander apply.

$0.20 bulk tier
At $0.20, Endbringer's Revel sits firmly in bulk territory. It's a niche enchantment with a narrow enough home that demand is unlikely to push it off the bulk shelf, so buy as many copies as you need without hesitation.
