Dregscape Sliver gives every Sliver in your graveyard a one-time recursion window — pay two mana, exile it at end of turn, and you get one more activation out of a dead piece. The cost is real: exiling the Sliver permanently means it's not coming back a third time, so this is a tool for closing games, not grinding value indefinitely. In The First Sliver shells, that tradeoff is almost always worth it.
