Disciple of Kangee is a Commander card through and through — the attack-trigger scales with wide boards in ways that only meaningfully develop over multiple turns, and multiplayer games give it the time and the bodies to shine. In pauper it's technically legal and a common, but aggressive creature strategies there demand more immediate board impact than a slow counter-accrual engine provides. Legacy and Vintage are non-starters; the card does nothing relevant at those power levels. Oathbreaker follows the same logic as Commander — playable in the right go-wide list, irrelevant outside it.
