In Commander, Demystify is outclassed by permanent-neutral options like Disenchant and Generous Gift, which hit any permanent and justify the slot more broadly across a 100-card singleton format — run Demystify only if you're consistently facing enchantment-heavy pods and need a fifth or sixth copy of this effect. In Pauper, the card is a legitimate sideboard tool where enchantment removal at common is genuinely scarce and one mana at instant speed matters.
