Darkslick Drake is a 2/3 flier that replaces itself when it dies — solid stats, relevant evasion, and a draw trigger that doesn't ask anything of you. The cost is that a 2/3 for three mana is underpowered by competitive Commander standards, so it earns its slot only in decks that specifically reward dying creatures or flying bodies.

In Commander, Darkslick Drake fits blue decks that want repeatable value from the graveyard or skies — Araumi of the Dead Tide and Syr Konrad, the Grim both get mileage from the death trigger, and aristocrats-adjacent builds appreciate a flier that draws a card when sacrificed. In Legacy and Vintage, a 2/3 flier for three is simply outclassed by everything in the format and sees no meaningful play. Modern has moved so far past this power level that it's not a consideration outside of very casual tables. Darkslick Drake is a Commander card through and through.

$0.10 bulk tier
At $0.10, Darkslick Drake is deep bulk — no financial reason to hesitate on picking up copies. It won't appreciate; it's a common-level utility creature with a narrow home, so buy it to play it and think nothing more of it.
