Dakmor Lancer is a six-mana 3/3 with first strike that destroys a nonblack creature when it enters — a removal spell stapled to a body that was underpowered even at its original printing. The rate is simply too far behind curve to justify a slot in any serious list today.

Dakmor Lancer is legal in Commander, Legacy, Vintage, and Oathbreaker, but legal doesn't mean playable. In Commander, six mana for a 3/3 that kills one nonblack creature is replacement-level at best — Ravenous Chupacabra does the same job on a better body for two less mana, and most black decks have access to far cleaner removal. Legacy and Vintage move too fast for a six-drop with no immediate board impact beyond a single target. Oathbreaker has the same problem at a smaller table.

unknown tier
Pricing data for Dakmor Lancer isn't currently available, but given its age and negligible competitive demand it typically shows up in bulk bins for pennies. There's no strategic reason to seek it out at any price when functional upgrades cost the same or less.
