Cho-Manno's Blessing makes a creature permanently immune to a chosen color and stacks a +1/+1 counter on it every time another Aura enters that creature — which means Light-Paws, Emperor's Voice turns it into a self-replicating counter engine the moment you cast any white Aura. The two-mana Enchant Creature cost is negligible given what the engine returns.

Light-Paws, Emperor's Voice
Light-Paws, Emperor's Voice tutors Cho-Manno's Blessing onto the battlefield whenever any Aura enters the creature it's attached to, creating a loop where every new Aura pulls the Blessing in and the Blessing's trigger stacks another +1/+1 counter — making it a core engine piece rather than a utility include.

In Commander, Cho-Manno's Blessing earns its slot almost exclusively in Aura-matters builds, most visibly Light-Paws, Emperor's Voice, where the counter-stacking trigger compounds quickly enough to close games. In Pauper it's legal but faces stiff competition from protection Auras that cost one mana and don't ask you to name a color on entry; the ceiling is lower without an engine commander to chain it. Legacy and Vintage allow it, but neither format has meaningful Aura synergy shells that want a two-mana enchantment that generates incremental counters, so it doesn't see competitive play there. Outside dedicated Aura-stacking shells, the card is too narrow to justify the slot.

Price Context
Current price
$0.38 bulk tier
At $0.38, Cho-Manno's Blessing sits firmly in bulk territory, and that price is stable — demand is narrow enough that no reprint pressure or spike scenario is likely to move it meaningfully. Pick it up for pocket change if you're building Light-Paws, Emperor's Voice; there's no reason to hesitate at this price point.
