Brightwood Tracker is a five-mana 3/4 that lets you pay three and tap to search your library for a basic land whenever you control a creature with power 4 or greater — slow, conditional, and replaceable by a dozen cheaper options. At that cost and speed, it doesn't make the cut in any deck that has access to better ramp.
Format Analysis
Where it lives, where it can’t
| Format | Verdict |

| pioneer | legal |
| standard | not legal |
| vintage | legal |
| pauper | legal |
| oathbreaker | legal |
In Commander, Brightwood Tracker is fringe-playable budget filler in green creature decks that reliably field power-4 bodies — the condition is easy to meet, but five mana for a land-fetch that doesn't even ramp you (it enters tapped) is a steep ask when Cultivate and Kodama's Reach exist at the same price point. In Pauper, where the card pool is restricted to commons, it becomes marginally more interesting as a body that doubles as late-game land fixing in green stompy or ramp shells, though it's still slow for the format's pace. In Modern, Pioneer, Legacy, and Vintage it has no competitive application whatsoever — those formats have no interest in a five-mana 3/4 with a conditional activated ability.

Price Context
Current price
$0.05 bulk tier
At $0.05, Brightwood Tracker is deep bulk — you're buying it out of a dollar bin, not a singles list. That price accurately reflects its power level, and there's no reason to expect it to move.
