Blue, Loyal Raptor enters as a 3/3 that grows into a progressively larger threat each combat — and when it dies, Mikaeus, the Unhallowed brings it back with an extra +1/+1 counter, making the counters-on-attack trigger a permanent ratchet rather than a reset. The catch is the partner restriction: Blue only functions as a commander alongside a specific partner, so outside of that pairing it's a fair-but-unremarkable aggro creature.
