Arrogant Bloodlord is a 4/4 for three mana — above-rate stats that come with a hard restriction: it can't block creatures with power 1 or less, and if it attacks into one, it dies. In a format full of mana dorks, tokens, and utility creatures, that downside is real enough to keep it off most curated lists.

In Commander, Arrogant Bloodlord finds a home in vampire tribal builds or aggressive black shells that can reliably go wide and attack rather than rely on blocking — Edgar Markov and Florian, Voldaren Scion are natural fits. The blocking restriction matters least when you're the aggressor and your opponents aren't running token swarms or mana dorks. In Legacy and Vintage, a vanilla 4/4 for three with a relevant downside doesn't clear the bar when those formats offer far more efficient threats. Modern is the same story — the statline isn't embarrassing, but there's no shell that wants this over a threat with upside.

Current price
$0.06 bulk tier
At $0.06, Arrogant Bloodlord is deep bulk — you're paying for cardboard, not the card. That price is stable because demand is low and supply is deep; don't expect movement in either direction.
