Angel of Fury card art
Angel of Fury hits the board as an indestructible, flying beater that becomes nearly impossible to remove through combat or most targeted destruction — the upside is real. The cost is steep: six mana for a vanilla-feeling threat means it earns its slot only in shells built around it, specifically ones running Verdant Succession to chain multiple copies when one dies.

Commander is where Angel of Fury has any business being played, and even there it occupies a narrow niche — indestructible flyers at six mana compete with a crowded field of Angels and dragons that do more on entry. Legacy and Vintage are legal but irrelevant; no competitive shell at those tables wants a six-mana do-nothing on resolution. Angel of Fury is a build-around in the truest sense: outside a dedicated recursion or tribal Angel list in Commander, it rarely makes the cut.

Pricing data for Angel of Fury isn't currently available, so check Scryfall or TCGPlayer for the current market rate. Given its narrow playability, it tends to sit in bulk-rare territory — pick it up cheaply if the combo appeals to you, but don't expect demand to push the price.
