All Suns' Dawn is a Commander card through and through — the five-color restriction that limits it elsewhere is a non-issue in WUBRG decks, where it routinely draws four or five cards for five mana. In Legacy and Vintage it's legal but practically invisible: five mana is an eternity in those formats, and the color requirement makes it unplayable outside a novelty five-color shell. Oathbreaker is the one non-Commander 60-card variant where it could see fringe play, again only in five-color lists. Treat this as a Commander-exclusive card with legal status elsewhere that doesn't translate into real play.
