Airship Crash destroys a creature or planeswalker and forces its controller to sacrifice two artifacts — three permanents off the board for four mana. The rate is real, but only in artifact-heavy metas; against the wrong table it's a conditional three-mana Murder with a dead clause stapled on.
Format Analysis
Where it lives, where it can’t

In Commander, Airship Crash earns a slot when your pod trends artifact-heavy — think Breya, Thrasios, or Urza tables where the artifact clause reliably fires. Outside those metas it competes with unconditional four-mana removal that doesn't require the right board state. In 60-card formats it's too narrow: Pioneer, Modern, and Legacy all have cheaper, less conditional answers, and Airship Crash never makes the cut over staples like Fatal Push or Leyline Binding. Pauper is its best non-Commander home given the format's weaker removal pool, though even there the four-mana cost is a steep ask.

$0.15 bulk tier
At $0.15, Airship Crash is deep bulk — you're paying for cardboard, not power. Bulk removal with conditional upside rarely climbs in price, so pick it up if the effect fits your meta and don't expect the number to move.
