Yes — this 3-card loop generates infinite colorless mana by copying Tezzeret the Seeker's untap ability through The Peregrine Dynamo before it resolves.

Tezzeret the Seeker's +1 targets Sol Ring and The Peregrine Dynamo; holding priority, the Dynamo spends 1 and taps to copy that ability, untapping both before the original even resolves, then Sol Ring produces the mana to keep the loop funded. The whole thing runs in mono-blue, fits any artifact-heavy Tezzeret shell, and assembles from tutors that fetch artifacts or planeswalkers — Whir of Invention finds either piece, and Tezzeret is often already the commander.

Infinite colorless mana; Infinite mana artifacts you control can produce; Infinite untap of artifacts you control
Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Any mana rock that taps for 2 or more colorless substitutes for Sol Ring — Grim Monolith or Basalt Monolith both work and Monolith plus Power Artifact is the backup infinite-mana line if The Peregrine Dynamo is removed. Close out with Walking Ballista or Thassa's Oracle once mana is infinite; the loop is the engine, not the kill.
