Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Any artifact castable for one or zero mana fills the fourth slot alongside Sol Ring — Mana Crypt, Tormod's Crypt, or Mishra's Bauble all work. If the storm count alone isn't the kill, Aetherflux Reservoir or Grapeshot closes the game; without one of those in play, the loop wins through stripping every permanent from every opponent rather than dealing direct damage.
