Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain draws a card on every historic spell, which feeds Words of Wind's replacement effect to bounce a permanent instead; Lyse Hext makes each artifact in hand castable for zero, turning Sol Ring and a second artifact into a self-sustaining loop. Each full cycle returns one opponent permanent per player at the table, strips opponents of their board over repeated iterations, and pumps Lyse with two +1/+1 triggers per loop. This lives in Jeskai artifact storm shells — Jhoira as the commander is the obvious home, where the density of zero-cost artifacts like Ornithopter and Memnite ensures the loop is always live.

Result
Infinite LTB; Infinite ETB; Infinite storm count; Return all permanents opponents control to their owner's hand; Infinitely large creature until end of turn; Mass Land Denial
Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
A historic creature like Ornithopter doubles as the bounced artifact for the ETB and LTB result — without one, the loop still produces infinite storm count and mass bounce but skips those triggers. Dramatic Reversal imprinted on Isochron Scepter is the backup infinite-mana line if Sol Ring gets bounced out of reach; Words of Wind is the fragile piece here at 3 mana to set up, so redundancy in the draw engine via Thran Dynamo or other mana rocks that survive the loop is worth the deckbuilding cost.
