Ghostly Flicker + Mystic Sanctuary + Experimental Frenzy + Sol Ring
4-card combo · UR
Verdict
Yes — this 4-piece loop generates infinite storm, magecraft, and landfall triggers as long as three other Islands stay on the battlefield.

Experimental Frenzy lets the deck cast Ghostly Flicker off the top of the library; Ghostly Flicker blinks Mystic Sanctuary and Sol Ring, Mystic Sanctuary's enters-the-battlefield trigger reloads Ghostly Flicker to the top, and Sol Ring's two colorless plus Mystic Sanctuary's blue covers the 3 mana cost each iteration. The loop lives in Kalamax, the Stormsire or Veyran, Voice of Duality shells that already want Mystic Sanctuary as a utility land and Experimental Frenzy as a card advantage engine.

Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Snap replaces Ghostly Flicker in builds that can generate floating mana elsewhere — it bounces Mystic Sanctuary for two mana and copies with the same storm count payoff. The loop produces no mana itself, so the kill needs to come from Aetherflux Reservoir, Guttersnipe, or any magecraft/storm payoff already in the deck before the chain starts.
