Ghostly Flicker blinks Mystic Sanctuary and Sol Ring for 2U; Sol Ring's untap refunds the two colorless, Mystic Sanctuary's enters-the-battlefield trigger puts Ghostly Flicker straight back on top of the library, and One with the Multiverse lets that top-of-library copy be cast as though it were in hand. The engine runs at zero net mana once the loop starts, meaning any magecraft payoff — Archmage Emeritus, Sunscorched Divide — or landfall payoff triggers indefinitely. The combo is fragile at instant speed: kill Mystic Sanctuary in response to the flicker and the chain collapses immediately.

Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Ghostly Flicker also pairs with Peregrine Drake or Palinchron over Sol Ring if the mana requirement needs to be relaxed — those lines produce infinite blue mana rather than relying on colorless acceleration. To close out the game, Thassa's Oracle is the cleanest winner since the library never empties; without a payoff already on the battlefield, the loop generates triggers but doesn't kill on its own.
