Steps

Activate Sol Ring by tapping it, adding .
Activate Rusted Slasher by sacrificing Sol Ring, regenerating Rusted Slasher.
Activate Emry by tapping it, allowing yourself to cast Sol Ring from your graveyard this turn.
Cast Sol Ring from your graveyard by paying .
When you cast Sol Ring, Mirran Spy triggers, untapping Emry.
Sol Ring resolves.
Repeat any number of times.
Once you have infinite colorless mana, you may repeat the loop targeting any castable artifact card in your graveyard in step 3 each time.

Variations

Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines

Once mana goes infinite, Emry can target any castable artifact in the graveyard in place of Sol Ring, turning the loop into a mass-replay engine. Walking Ballista or Aetherflux Reservoir closes the game from infinite mana; if Mirran Spy gets removed mid-loop, the engine collapses, so Retraction Helix or Battered Golem fills the untap slot as a backup.
