Emry, Lurker of the Loch + Umbral Mantle + Sol Ring + Krark-Clan Ironworks
4-card combo · U
Verdict
Yes — this 4-card loop grows Emry, Lurker of the Loch into an arbitrarily large attacker while generating infinite storm count in mono-blue.

Krark-Clan Ironworks and Sol Ring together produce four colorless each loop; one pays to recast Sol Ring from the graveyard via Emry, Lurker of the Loch's tap ability, and three activate Umbral Mantle to untap Emry and stack +2/+2. Emry is already the engine commander in artifact-heavy blue shells, so Umbral Mantle and Krark-Clan Ironworks slot into decks already running her as a recursion engine.

Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Umbral Mantle can attach to any creature that taps for enough mana, but Emry is the reason the loop stays mono-blue — replacing her loses the graveyard-cast angle entirely. The infinite storm count is real but needs a payoff: Aetherflux Reservoir is the cleanest closer, and Thousand-Year Storm turns any cantrip in hand into the kill. Note that Emry being a combat threat is the backup plan only — the loop has no built-in damage, so run at least one storm payoff.
