Displacer Kitten blinks Brinelin, the Moon Kraken every time a noncreature spell resolves; Brinelin's enter-the-battlefield trigger bounces a mana rock back to hand, and recasting it starts the loop again. Sol Ring and Mana Vault net mana on each pass — Sol Ring costs 1 and taps for 2, Mana Vault costs 1 and taps for 3 — so the engine accelerates rather than stalls.

Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Any two mana rocks that net positive together can replace Sol Ring and Mana Vault, but that pairing is the most efficient version available in blue. Add Altar of the Brood or Thassa's Oracle as the closer — the loop mills every opponent or draws the library, but the engine alone doesn't end the game.
