Yes — this 4-card blue loop converts two mana rocks into infinite colorless mana and infinite ETB triggers on the spot.

Displacer Kitten blinks Ancestral Statue every time a noncreature spell resolves; Ancestral Statue's enter-the-battlefield trigger bounces Sol Ring or Mana Vault back to hand, which gets recast to restart the cycle. The net mana gain each loop comes from Mana Vault producing 3 while costing 1 to recast, generating infinite colorless after enough rotations — any blue deck that already runs these rocks as ramp pieces assembles the combo incidentally.

Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Replace either mana rock with any artifact that produces more mana than it costs to cast — Basalt Monolith at 3 into 3 doesn't net, so stick to rocks with positive mana differential. Pair the loop with Walking Ballista or Aetherflux Reservoir as the kill; the infinite storm count also closes with Grapeshot if the deck runs a spellslinger shell.
