Yes — this 3-card loop generates infinite colorless mana and infinite storm count from a single blue instant and two permanents already common in Commander.

Banishing Knack turns Mirran Spy into a repeating bounce engine: each activation returns Sol Ring to hand, casting it for 1 triggers Mirran Spy to untap itself, and the two colorless Sol Ring produces every loop outpaces the cost. The combo slots naturally into any blue storm or artifact shell that already runs Sol Ring — which is nearly every Commander deck that touches blue.

Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Retraction Helix is the identical replacement for Banishing Knack at the same cost if redundancy is needed. The loop produces colorless mana, so the kill requires a separate outlet — Aetherflux Reservoir closes on storm count, Walking Ballista closes on mana; without one of those already in play, the loop is pointless.
