Scuttletide churns out 0/3 Crab tokens for 1 mana and a discard; equipping Skullclamp to a 0-toughness Crab kills it immediately, drawing two cards to replace what was discarded and then some. Ashnod's Altar sacrifices the Crab for 2 colorless, which funds the next Scuttletide activation — the loop self-sustains as long as cards hit the graveyard faster than the hand empties, which it does.

Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Phyrexian Altar works in place of Ashnod's Altar if colorless doesn't cut it and blue mana is needed elsewhere. The loop produces near-infinite tokens and death triggers but no direct win condition — close it with a free-to-cast payoff like Thassa's Oracle on a near-empty library, or stack enough triggers on Altar of Dementia to mill the table.
