3-card combo · WU
Verdict
Yes — this 3-card loop locks the table by bouncing every nonland permanent opponents control on each of your turns.

Brago, King Eternal's combat damage trigger exiles and returns Archaeomancer, whose ETB recurs Cyclonic Rift from the graveyard to hand. The setup requires casting Rift overloaded once to clear the board; after that, Brago connecting on each attack resets the lock indefinitely. Blue-white blink shells running Brago as commander already want Archaeomancer for spell recursion, so the third piece is just Cyclonic Rift — a card that earns its slot in nearly every blue deck regardless.

Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Salvager of Secrets is a direct Archaeomancer replacement that fills the same role with no change to the loop. Mystic Retrieval can substitute as a one-time bridge if Archaeomancer is answered. The lock is its own win condition — opponents can't develop a board — but pairing Brago with a flicker-payoff like Felidar Guardian or Sun Titan closes the game faster if the table finds removal that sticks.
