Teshar, Ancestor's Apostle is the engine: every historic spell cast off Sol Ring's colorless returns Aether Channeler from the graveyard, and Aether Channeler's ETB bounces Sol Ring or the auxiliary artifact back to hand to restart the chain. Yahenni, Undying Partisan serves as the sacrifice outlet, eating Aether Channeler each loop and gaining indestructibility as a bonus. The whole engine runs on a single Sol Ring activation and a one-mana artifact, which nearly every artifact Commander deck runs by default.

Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Any artifact with mana value 1 or less that taps for colorless can slot in as the second artifact alongside Sol Ring — Mana Crypt, Jeweled Lotus, or even Ornithopter if another mana source covers Teshar's trigger. The loop produces no mana on net, so pair it with Zulaport Cutthroat or Corpse Knight for a kill off the infinite death triggers, or use the infinite storm count with Aetherflux Reservoir.
