Wingblade Disciple enters the battlefield and immediately puts a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control with flying, turning a board of aerial threats into a sudden clock. The catch is that the payoff scales entirely with how many flyers you already have — in the wrong deck it's a 2/2 for three with no effect, but Alisaie Leveilleur // Alphinaud Leveilleur decks reliably have the skies stocked to make it count.

Alisaie Leveilleur // Alphinaud Leveilleur
Alisaie Leveilleur // Alphinaud Leveilleur builds around an aerial go-wide strategy, so Wingblade Disciple drops into a board already crowded with flying tokens and immediately pumps the whole squad — it shows up in over 50% of those decks for exactly that reason.

Wingblade Disciple is a Commander card through and through — the effect only matters when you're deploying it into a wide flying board, which is far more achievable across a 99-card deck built around that theme than in any 60-card format. In Standard, Pioneer, and Modern, a 2/2 for three that conditionally buffs your board at sorcery speed is simply too slow and too telegraphed to see serious play. Legacy and Vintage have access to vastly more efficient options and won't touch it. Stick to Commander, specifically inside a dedicated flying-matters build — anywhere else, this is just an understatement.

$0.07 bulk tier
At $0.07, Wingblade Disciple is deep bulk — you're paying for cardboard, not scarcity. Demand is narrow enough that this price isn't going anywhere; grab as many as you need from a bulk bin and don't look back.
