Weave Fate draws four cards for four mana at instant speed — that's the whole pitch, and it's a clean one. It won't win any efficiency awards against Fact or Fiction or Stroke of Genius, but the effect is real and the price tag is pennies.

Commander is where Weave Fate earns its slot, and only barely — four mana for four cards at instant speed is a serviceable refill at the end of an opponent's turn, though most powered lists will cut it for Jace's Ingenuity, Drawn from Dreams, or anything with upside. In Pauper, it's a legitimate common draw spell with no competition from rares, which makes it a genuine consideration for blue control and tempo shells. Everywhere else — Legacy, Vintage, Modern, Pioneer — the format is hostile to four-mana sorcery-speed equivalents and Weave Fate doesn't clear the bar.

$0.10 bulk tier
At $0.10, Weave Fate is deep bulk — a throw-in card that costs nothing to include and nothing to cut. There's no price pressure in either direction; it's a commons-bin staple that will stay cheap indefinitely.
