Wall of Dust is a 1/4 defender that permanently shuts down any creature that attacks it — the attacker loses flying and can't attack again for the rest of the game. At three mana in mono-red, the effect is real, but the card is far too narrow and fragile to compete with modern threat density.

Wall of Dust is legal in Commander, Legacy, Vintage, and Oathbreaker, but sees essentially no play in any of them. In Commander, the permanent lockout rider is the only thing that distinguishes it from a vanilla blocker — if your opponent swings a 10/10 into it, that creature never attacks again, which is genuinely disruptive, but one Wall rarely survives long enough to matter against three opponents running removal. Legacy and Vintage move too fast and deploy too many evasion threats for a ground-based 1/4 to register. The card occupies a narrow design space that newer sets have since outclassed with walls that draw cards, generate mana, or scale into win conditions.

Pricing data for Wall of Dust isn't currently available in the system, so check Scryfall or TCGPlayer for current buylist and market figures. Given its age, minimal tournament presence, and lack of reprint demand, it almost certainly sits in bulk territory — pick it up for the novelty if you want, but don't expect meaningful scarcity to drive the price up.
